Onboard Training Solution is a Pune based organization established in 2013.
Onboard Training Solutions was founded with a mission, of;
“To be a contributor, to improvise and bring a great change in one’s life.”
In 2015, Onboard expanded its wings in the field of Phonics and Grammar, for overall development of children. Onboard has a vision: “To provide a single solution for language, as language is the base of education. And education changes life.” Onboard started its journey under the leadership of Dr Rakhi and Mr Pravin Laddha. Now Onboard Training Solutions is a family of 1500 + students and added year by year. Currently we have 12 centers in Maharashtra, 1 at A.P. and many more to join. Onboard Training Solutions situated on S.V. road at Bibvewadi. We have self-contain 1000 sq. ft. facility at Bibvewadi having three well-ventilated classrooms. Onboard Training solutions having eight dedicated trainers in Pune. We conduct following courses at our head quarter, Bibvewadi.
Dr. Rakhi is an Economist by qualification. She had done her PhD in Economics. A commerce postgraduate with gold medal and throughout merit in 10th, 12th & B. Com. She worked as lecturer at commerce collages. But she left the position of lecturer in commerce as she wanted to do something for strengthen the foundation of children’s education.
She trained herself in Phonics with a vision to build a strong foundation of young ones. She had done her Phonic training from Cochin, and Hyderabad. Further, she had developed her own course suitable for Indian students as per our requirement. She has been training students since 2003. Joined Onboard in 2015 at Pune and started developing children with strong base of language. She has a more than 15 + year’s rich experience of teaching.
Mr. Pravin is a B. Pharm MBA (Mktg). He worked as marketing professional for 15 yrs and left as zonal manager. He established Onboard Training Solutions in 2013 as a skill development company for sales aspirants. He worked as a skill development trainer for retail sector and sales since 2013.
He developed himself in the field of Grammar, with a vision to build a strong language foundation of young ones. He has been training students professionally in various discipline since 2013.
